Hello everyone!

Much like everything else this year, the Easter breakfast sign up is going digital!

This year's breakfast will be combination potluck style and fresh food made on site. We will have people in the kitchen making different kinds of eggs and pancakes, so please reply to this post if you are willing to help out in the kitchen with those things, or if you'd like to help bring food upstairs as it is cooked.

Please comment on this post with the total headcount for your family so we can set up the correct amount of tables, and what 2 food or drink items you are going to bring.

Be sure to read through the comments before posting your comment so you can see whether or not somebody claimed an item or not and please be specific in what you are bringing so we don't end up with too much of one thing. Please also plan to bring enough of your item to feed 15 people.

We will need:

  • Ready to serve Breakfast meats (sausage, bacon, canadian bacon, pork roll, scrapple, etc)
    • 3 people
  • Breakfast breads (bagels, english muffins, biscuits, etc)
    • 3 people
  • Pastries (danishes, muffins, donuts, croissants, scones, etc)
    • 2 people
  • Fruit (fruit salad or individual kinds)
    • 2 people
  • 2 containers of spreadable butter
    • 1 person
  • 2 bottles of pancake syrup
    • 1 person
  • 2 bottles of maple syrup
    • 1 person
  • Drinks (apple juice, grape juice, milk)
    • 3 people (please bring 2 gallons of your choice)
  • Bakes, scrambles, and casseroles
    • 4 people
  • Potatoes (hashbrowns, homefries, etc)
    • 3 people

In order for us to start promptly at 9:15 and not delay the start of the Easter Service at 10:15, please have your food on site and ready to serve at 9:00.

Example comment: There will be 3 of us (Tom, Bob, Sallie) and I will be bringing apple juice and sausage links. I can also help cook eggs in the kitchen.

UPDATE: We still need:

-breakfast casseroles

     2 people

-potatoes/ other sides

     3 people

-helpers for the kitchen

     5 people
